Kneel on the floor in front of a high pulley machine, holding a medium handle. Arms extended towards the pulley. Your palms should be facing behind you.

Keeping your elbows in one position, bend at the elbows until the handle is behind your head.

Return the bar to the staring position and repeat as instructed.
