Lie face-down on an incline bench set at about 40 degrees.
Hold the barbell at arms length, palms facing away from the bench. Bend at your elbows, keeping your elbows in the location throughout the motion, until the bar is near your face.
Lower the barbell to the starting position and repeat as instructed.
