Arm Curls - Low Pulley - Preacher - Singles

Using a preacher bench and a low pulley machine. Place your upper arm on the padding, extended toward the floor. Your palm should be facing upward.

Bend your arm at the elbow, until the handle is directly above your elbows. Return the handle to it's starting position.

Be sure to keep your elbows in one position throughout the exercise.
