Using a preacher bench. Place your upper arms on the padding, arms extended toward the floor. Your palms should be facing upward.

Bend your arms at the elbows, until the barbell are directly above your elbows. Return the barbell to their starting position.

Be sure to keep your elbows in one position throughout the exercise.
