Stand upright facing a low pulley machine. Hold the medium handle at your thighs, palms facing away from you. Bend your arms at the elbows until the medium handle is at your chest.
Keep your elbows at the same position in space throughout the movement.
Exhale as you raise the weight, inhale as you lower the weight.
