Using a cable crossover machine, stand in the middle holding two handles from the two high pulleys in the opposite hands. (right hand, left pulley)
Take a step or two backwards. Place one foot in front of the other.
With your elbows slightly bent throughout the exercise, bring the handles together down and to your sides. Stop when your hands are level with your hips.
Return your arms to the starting position and repeat as insctucted.
